Plan Room

The Virtual Plan Room allows you to track a project and select the option to receive notifications when there are changes to the project status, such as addenda or bid dates.

Member businesses have the opportunity to have multiple users tracking different projects. Each user has a unique username and password. This service is exclusive to our members and cannot be shared. We are happy to maintain the integrity of access and reassign passwords as employees join or leave your organization.

We also offer the opportunity to post projects in a private plan room with viewing by invitation only. This is useful in obtaining sub-bids and material quotes.
